The Tagaytay real estate scene has recently been gaining the attention not only of potential local but also of international locators, as tourism and commercial developments continue full-throttle in this quaint vacation town.
Tagaytay is a city in the province of Cavite and located about 55 kilometers south of Metro Manila. There are lots of restaurants and eateries in the nearby areas that are almost always full during the weekends and during holidays. More commercial and retail spaces are expected to become available in these areas as the tourist traffic steadily increases.
The outskirts of the city center are dotted with countless gated residential developments that mostly cater to upper and middle-income buyers who want to establish a weekend getaway resthouse in the city. Prices of properties are decidedly higher in the areas that are nestled in the Tagaytay ridge that offers a view of the Taal volcano. Developments located on the other side of the highway compensate with more features and amenities.
