Expanded Big Delta in Fort Bonifacio attracts 8 groups!
The Expanded Big Delta lots in Fort Bonifacio Global City, one of the most prime lands in Metro Manila's emerging business district, has attracted eight top real estate developers.
The eight groups have expressed interest in bidding for the Expanded Big Delta area, formerly known as the Government Center for Business, for a minimum price of P160,000 per square meter.
The Expanded Big Delta lot is along 5th avenue, across The Fort and is positioned right in the gateway of the burgeoning Fort Bonifacio City Center. The Expanded Big Delta is also located in e-square classified as an economic zone by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority or PEZA.
According to the BCDA, the eight real estate developers that submitted letters of intent were Ayala Land Inc., Singapore-based Ascendas, Century Properties, Filinvest Land Inc., IPM Realty Corp., Landco Pacific, Net Group and Robinsons Land Corp.
The BCDA said the 12,036 sq. m. property was ideal for mixed-use development.
CDA said it expected to earn at least P1.9 billion from the sale of the property as part of its asset disposition program.
