Bay City Manila is an emerging entertainment, leisure and business district in the reclamation area located west of Roxas Boulevard, along Manila Bay in Metro Manila. Bay City Manila is split between Pasay City on the north side and Parañaque City on the south side.

It's centerpiece will be the Pagcor Tower, an observation tower that is said become among the tallest structures of its kind in the world.

Aside from the big two developments mentioned above, there can be found pockets of residential, office & commercial and retail spaces all across Bay City Manila. There is the ASEANA Business Park that includes the Neo-Chinatown retail complex. There is also the Metrobank-Federal Land block that includes several residential condominium projects and entertainment complexes. And there are several restaurant complexes that offer seafood dining.
